To confirm a booking a deposit of  £350.00 is requested and the balance becomes due six weeks prior to the let. Weekly rates include for sheets, towels, etc., as well as oil and electricity. Telephone calls may be charged at the end of the let.

Please vacate by 10am on your leaving day to enable housekeeping staff to prepare houes for the next visitors.
