Welcome
With Ben Rinnes as its dramatic backdrop, Rhynagarrie Mill, built originally as the Mill of Ballintomb, nestles seamlessly into the landscape as unconventional as it is elegant. A large five-bedroomed house that comfortably sleeps ten to twelve, the Mill offers you the perfect venue for a get-together with friends and family.
It is ideally situated to take advantage of everything that the Highlands has to offer or to simply relax and absorb the stunning natural beauty that surrounds you. It’s all on the doorstep and ready for the taking.
Reviews
Superb restoration of traditional mill. Tasteful decor throughout, marvellous facilities. Great week of walks, trips, cycling and fresh air. Enjoyed the Mash Tun in Aberlour and the children enjoyed the park. Will be back. Had an excellent stay. Thank you very much.
The Scott and O’Neill families
Scott and O’NeillThank you so much for restoring my Great Great Grandfather’s mill. It was fantastic to stay in the mill I have heard so many stories about. Without your diligence it would have been lost to history. Rhynagarrie Mill (the Mill of Ballintomb) has always held special meaning to us. While I may be the first from a branch of the family in the US, I hope to return someday. The stone with my Great Great Grandfather’s initials carved in it with the date 1842 is even more special. Thanks again.

The Farells and Thompsons
Farells and ThompsonsTwo fabulous weeks at the Mill! Four groups in and out, lots of superb food by Lynda, our favourite cook, mixed weather, great company, lots of laughs, a few fish, all-in-all a wonderful and memorable stay. The Mill is our favourite ‘home’ on the Spey. Thank you. See you next year
