Dogs are charged at £20.00 per dog per booking.

A midweek clean must be booked in advance, cost £100.00, and with a change of linen included £150.00. This is not available during the Festive Period

To confirm a booking a deposit of £400.00 is required and is non-refundable. The balance becomes due twelve weeks prior to the let. Weekly rates include bed linen, towels, etc., as well as oil, electricity and some logs to start you off.

We have to observe a strict waste and recycling protocol  as Moray Council has significantly reduced its collection service. Full details are on display in the Utility Room and in the Guest Information Folder

Arrival is from 4.00pm and departure by 10.00am. Any government updates in relation to Covid_19 will be communicated directly to the tenant.
